Saudi German Company for Nonwoven Products  (SGN), is a leading international manufacturer of  polypropylene Spunbond and SMS nonwoven fabrics, registered in Saudi Arabia, and based in Dammam second industrial city. SGN is jointly owned by two Saudi partners – Al-Rajhi House enterprises, and H.A.Al-Zamil Holdings

 

SGN’s business is exclusively manufacturing and marketing of non-woven fabrics.  Hygiene products manufacture represents the most significant market area, followed by agriculture , which is handled by a separate division, and industrial applications.  Production is from three Reifenhauser lines, total capacity 31,000 tonnes / year, located in a modern 27,000 sq.meter factory.

 

German manufacturing technology utilized is universally recognized as forefront of “state of the art” non-wovens manufacturing technology.  Consistently high quality standards are assured from fully computerized control and on-line monitoring systems, suitably qualified and trained manufacturing personnel, and a laboratory equipped with appropriate test equipment, and staffed by suitably qualified personnel.

 

We were the first spunbond nonwovens manufacturer in the Middle East, established 1996, and we still hold a leading position amongst nonwovens manufacturers in the Middle East.  Much of our production is exported, but we also believe that the local market is very important to us, and a significant part of our business plan.
