Spunbond nonwoven materials provide an economic solution for crop protection, i.e. light weight, good tensile strength, and weather resistant.  In particular, resistant to breakdown in strong sunlight, due to addition of UV stabilizer during manufacturing process.

 

SGN production of fabrics for agriculture applications, utilizes spinning dies designed specifically to achieve physical properties and durability required for agriculture fabrics, and fully automated conversion and packaging equipment designed specifically for this application.

Good tensile strength, durability, and low cost, means that spunbond fabrics provide an excellent solution for a wide range of applications, e.g. furniture, bedding, automotive, protective clothing, etc..  We are very willing to work with customers to develop and manufacture fabrics specific to their requirements.
